Brief_
The owner wanted an office building that he could rent out. But, all companies are different sized, and all have a different requirement, so this modulated the building in a manner that all floor plates were different and each floor plate was easily divisible keeping the FPE (Floor Plate Efficiency) to the highest. we also wanted each floor to have a balcony with greens.
