Brief_

This hotel, giving hospitality services since 1965, now having been shut for over a couple decades, was running t be quite obsolete. The client wanted to turn it's situation around, converting it into a monetized unit. The heritage of the building and it's proximity to the Humayun's Tomb in Delhi have really fueled the unique intervention scope for this building. Having an ASI Protected site in it's vicinity has made it a very distinctive project for us.
